So as I was at my meeting yesterday in Alexandria, VA I realized a few things. We were in a workshop on growing our business and personal standards...the normal things you would think to hear. The guest speakers were the leaders of our company and our parent company. Lots of CEOs and CFOs and the presidents ect..
As I was listening to each of them, I realized a few common elements in each of them. The first being their high energy. Everyone of them either male or female had this big energy about them in their stance and voice. Their speeches were captivating and made you interested and wanting to hear what they said.
Another was they were all slim and in shape. Now this is not a rant from an overweight person as I am slim myself and relatively in shape. I just noticed that most of them being way older than me (which is to say in their 50s and even 60s) they all looked very good!
This got me thinking about all the other high end meetings that I have attended over the years. Thinking back on them all, it's all the same from these people. Really, I guess in order to operate on that kind of level and responsibility and to maintain that kind of energy, they automatically must all just look like that. Must be a natural thing.
Just a thought....
